The Fourth IQAC Meeting for the Academic Year 2019-20 was held on Saturday, 30th May 2020 on Zoom. The meeting commenced at 10.30 a.m.

Minutes of the meeting held on 28th February, 2020 were circulated through email; the same were taken as read and confirmed.

Dr. Dilip Trivedi & Mr. Bharat Pathak Showed great concern about BBA LL.B 5 years Admission. Dr. Kiran Sharma Suggested to circulate online pamphlets.
Dr. Kiran Sharma suggested keep alumni special/Guest lecture for engaging alumni.
Mr. T.M. Jethani asked for permission to take the students to visit Supreme Court, New Delhi. Mr. Pravin Shah Said instead of that take the students in the High Court & other lower court situated in Mumbai.
Dr. Shilpa P. Charankar suggested Job profile of admin clerk should be specified.
Mr. Bharat Pathak appreciated that for the first time Law School has prepared such an elaborate report and appreciated the PPT Presentation whoever has made. he gave the whole credit to Dr. Shilpa P. Charankar for the efforts she has made for improvement in Law School.

Points	Action Taken
Circulation of Online Pamphlet	Pamphlet prepared and also circulated on all social Media
Guest lecture for Alumni	WhatsApp group for alumni is formed. They were invited for guest lecture on preparation of Judicial Lecture on 13th September, 2020.
Visit to Bombay High Court & Lower Court	Visit could not be possible due to COVID-19 & Lockdown
Job profile for admin clerk	Job profile will be prepared and will be given to the New Admin Clerk after appointment.

As there were no further points for discussion, the Meeting ended at 12.00 p.m. with a Vote of Thanks to the Chair.
