The 3rd Internal Quality Assurance Cell meeting for Academic Year 2019-20 was held on Friday, 28th February, 2020 in the cabin of Dr. Shilpa Charankar, Executive Secretary Seva Mandal Education Society from 2.30 p.m. onwards

Agenda No. 1 :Confirmation of Minutes

The Minutes of the meeting held on 7th December 2019 were already circulated; the same were taken as read and confirmed.

Agenda No. 2 :Matter arising out of the Minutes

Dr. Shilpa Charankar suggested that Soft Skills program be conducted by TATA in the Academic Year 2020-2021.
It was discussed that the students do not want to pay extra fees whenever such programs are conducted. Hence, Dr. Shilpa Charankar advised that Rs.500/- be charged in the fees itself with the approval of the Management in the Governing Council Meeting for conducting such programs.

Agenda No. 3 :Suggestions from Members.

Dr. Shilpa Charankar advised that the assessment of F.Y. LL.B. / F.Y. BBA LL.B. examination papers be completed on top priority and the marks to be sent to SNDT Women’s University
It was discussed that an Examiner/ Moderator for the assessment of F.Y. LL.B & F.Y. BBA LL.B Semester I exam held in February, 2020 be appointed.
Mrs. Rakhee Gadhave was advised to get the format of the Academic & Administrative Audit from Dr. Leena Raje, Principal, MMP Shah College.
It was suggested that there we should apply for the commencement of a second Division for the F.Y. LL.B. program
UGC has provided new guidelines for IQAC Formation. Accordingly, the Law School will formulate a new IQAC Committee in the Academic Year 2020-21.
